Anna is a Senior Partner with Range, focused on delivering executive search and consulting mandates to address the critical needs of energy and materials & chemicals organizations. Her focus is pragmatic solutions that drive sustainable practices and support the shift towards a decarbonized global economy. She has almost a decade of experience in this domain, supporting clients ranging from seed startups through to Fortune 500 organizations.

Before joining Range, Anna spent four years with a global search and workforce optimization business, working with clients in North America, Europe, and Africa, while also leading the company’s refining and chemicals business development activities for the Americas. Anna began her career with a technology consulting firm focused on the Oil & Gas domain.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University.
